Baron Von Kiss-A-Lot is a baron.
History
After Marge says: "Send the bill to Baron Von Kiss-A-Lot", in a castle, a servant walks up to a person with large, swollen lips, and hands him the bill. He is confused as to why he got the bill.
Note also that the destination noted on the bill was simply the words, "Just Take Me Home!"
