Tornado is a bull who appeared in the Waterville Prison rodeo.
History
Jack Crowley rode Tornado out. He was then thrown off into the wall, which shocked Marge. Homer then distracts the bull with Lisa (as she has a red dress). Homer then falls out of the stands and gets kicked into a tower. Tornado was then seen in the infirmary with a bent horn.
