Ellsworth Toohey is a character in a story by Marge Simpson based on The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand.
History
Ellsworth Toohey runs the Daycare Center Mediocri-Tots. He lets the kids occupy themselves with blocks in his working time as he tries to get a drivers license. He consider everyone to be mediocre and destruction for all children who are better than mediocrity.
