Sneed is a old vendor who Homer meets.
History
He serves Homer in a gas station where Homer bought some fish bait. Sneed tells Homer the story of the General Sherman. Homer again sees him in a farm market, where Homer bought some crops for the farm. Sneed laughs at Homer because of his father's useless farm. He also sells Homer "The Trucker's Choice" pep pills.
