History
While Homer wondered who his father could be, he started thinking that if it was M. Night Shyamalan, it would be a twist worthy of his increasingly lousy films.[1]

While in Philadelphia, Homer went past the Betsy Ross House multiple times while he was looking for M. Night Shyamalan's grave. He later learned that M. Night Shyamalan was still alive.[3]
