Dumlee is an employee at Frank Needy & Sons.
History
Homer took a wheelbarrow full of trophies to the shop to sell them. Dumlee told Homer that he would charge him $10 to dump them in the dumpster. It was then that Homer noticed the shop had his father's pocket watch for sale. Dumlee told Homer that a kid brought it in because he was angry at his friend throwing rocks in his eyes. Dumlee offered it to Homer for $20 but Homer haggled the price up to $22 because he thought it was worth more than that.

Dumlee is a parody on Chumlee of the reality show Pawn Stars.
