Cyrus' 15 wives are the Tahitian women who married Grampa Simpson's big brother Cyrus after crash landed there during World War II.
History
When Abe comments that he must have a lot of sex, Cyrus dryly replies that "I said wives, not girlfriends." To which the girls completely agree. They appear to be young women.
