The Teletubbies are characters from the show of the same name.
History
When Bart watched a trailer for The Bloodening, he phoned Milhouse to ask him if he had seen it. Milhouse was watching the Teletubbies at the time and changed to Channel 6.[1]
They were chasing Homer along with an angry mob after he couldn't pay the money he donated. They fired lasers from their antennae on their heads.[2]
They are later on the kids show with Roofi.[3]
