This mansion is the home of Kent Brockman. Brockman bought the mansion after he won the Springfield Lottery.
History
Chester Lampwick won his civil suit against I&S Studios and used the money to fulfill his dream by moving into a solid gold house which was next door to Kent Brockman's mansion.[1]
