Mr. Zhao is a consulate who works in the Consulate of China.
History[edit]
When Selma wanted to adopt a baby from China, she went to visit Mr. Zhao to do so. When she was asked to put her husband's name on the adoption form, she questioned if he knew who Angus MacGyver was. When Zhao said that he did and he knew that MacGyver wasn't married to Selma, Selma instead put Homer's name on the form.
