McDonald's is a fast food chain.

History

Bart Simpson is asked to ship 500 McDonald's Big Macs from Hong Kong to Marlon Brando's island when he briefly works as a courier.^[1]

There are very few McDonald's locations in Springfield because Fat Tony has a deal with Krusty to keep all McDonald's and Burger Kings out of Springfield.^[2]

One is located in Marge's old district^[3] and one in Springfield Heights.^[4] in Springfield.^[3]

There are over 2,000 locations in Springfield's state, with at least one in Shelbyville.^[5]

The Simpsons once ate at a McDonald's located next to the Tower of Pisa in Italy. Wine is served there. Homer marvels that it is "a McDonald's where you can get drunk!"^[6]
