Sid is an FBI agent who works with Annie Crawford.

History

When Annie was taking her bipolar medication, she imagined Sid and his co-worker talking to each other and both then turned into random characters. In what is unknown whether it was a hallucination or not, Sid got into bed with Annie, Homer and Marge and cuddled up to Homer. Later, the real Sid helped take down Homer in the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant.

Behind the Laughter

He is a parody of the character Saul Berenson played by Mandy Patinkin in the TV show Homeland.
