Willie Whatever is a member of the Springfield Mafia.

Willie Whatever was at Luigi's with the rest of the Mafia when Fat Tony came in with a wire to find out who the real pickpocket was. When Johnny Tightlips revealed that he had taken over the Mafia, he went around asking the other members if the Mafia was his crew now. Willie Whatever just replied "whatever" when he was asked.[1]
