The Flanders' Car is a Geo. It is seen a different color in the Simpsons Road Rage, (Blue) but you can get it from Ned there also. You have to buy it.

While Homer is chasing down Ned and his family with golf Clubs, Maude shouts out, "Faster Neddy Faster!" and Ned replies, "I can't it's a GEO!" The scene is making fun of Terminator because Homer is chasing after them like a Terminator. He swings his clubs at the back of the car and hangs on climbing on. But with a wild swerve, flies off the Geo. Humorousley, Homer comments, "Hmm... guess he missed me." After Ned gets pulled over by cops for a drunk test. When the Church bus goes by, he losses his balance, and falls emberassed and the cops take him in.
