Anne Jacqueline Hathaway (born November 12, 1982) is an American actress. She voiced Jenny in the season 20 episode "The Good, the Sad, and the Drugly" and the season 24 episode "Moonshine River" and voiced Princess Penelope in the season 21 episode "Once Upon a Time in Springfield". In 2010, she won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Voice-Over Performance for voicing Princess Penelope.
