Tom Gammill is the son of Mr. Gammill.
History
He had to miss a Little League to go to Mr. Burns' picnic and accidentally got his father fired by mentioning that.[1] However, he was later seen with his father, who still worked for Burns, attending the Plant get-together at the Springfield War Memorial Stadium.[2]
He, his father and his mother appeared as extras in the McBain movie.[3]

Tom Gammill is named after comedy television writer and producer for The Simpsons Tom Gammill.
