When Homer became the Homeowner Association president, he drove a bulldozer through Mr. Carruthers' fence because it exceeded the maximum height. Mr. Carruthers was hosting a birthday party at the time and became angry at Homer. After Homer quit being Homeowner Association president, he lounged in his hot tub while Mr. Carruthers barbecued on the other side of the fence and glared at Homer. Homer then went over to him while naked to try to get food.
