Babar the Elephant is a king of the elephants.
History[edit]
After Stampy leaved Bart he moved to an animal refuge where he earns the reputation of being a jerk and the elephant king Babar makes Stampy a diplomatic envoy and sends him to Washington where me meet the secretary of state.
