He hit the game-winning grand slam in the game against the Shelbyville Shelbyvillians after Homer started dancing to cheer up the crowd. He was described by the stadium play-by-play announcer as "mediocre slugger".[1]
While skateboarding past Springfield War Memorial Stadium, Bart Simpson saw the Springfield Isotopes practicing and jokingly asked if they were going to win any games that season.
