Mort Hopper is a comic writer.

Mort Hopper wrote the Harvest of Fear #3 story "A Fine Broth of a Boy". After the comic was published, Mort went to find every issue of the comic in existence and cut the final page out so nobody could ever read it.
When Bart found that the final page of his copy of Harvest of Fear #3 was missing, he went to see Mort Hopper to ask what happened in the comic.
