Bill is Krusty's accountant.
History[edit]
Because Krusty was frivolously spending his money, Bill warned Krusty that he would be going bankrupt within a month. Krusty told Bill to just have more merchandise made, but Bill told him that he had already merchandized everything. Bill then suggested that Krusty open a clown college to train regional Krustys, but Krusty was against doing this. Krusty said that he'd just cut back on condor egg omelets, but then said he could go for a couple of those. Bill decided to just go ahead and found Krusty's Clown College.
