The Artful Dodger is a pickpocket on the streets of London in Charles Dickens's Oliver Twist.
History[edit]
Lisa hand crafts all 75 characters from Oliver Twist for Diorama-Rama, Springfield Elementary School's diorama competition.[1]
While at his second job at the Kwik-E-Mart, Comic Book Guy sprayed Hans Moleman with Squishee and told him "drop it, Artful Dodger," when Moleman tried to take a penny from the "take a penny, leave a penny" tray.[2]

The Artful Dodger woke up after Bender threw Professor Farnsworth's literary reality-tearing machine to the New New York Public Library. Inspector Javert arrested Bender when he had reason to believe he stole a wallet from Holden Caulfield. Bender defended himself, saying it was the Artful Dodger.[3]
