The kissing cops are two gay cops.
History[edit]
When the Simpson family were on the run during Trappuccino, they stayed at the Red Rash Inn. The two cops drove up to Marge and she thought she was going to be arrested. Instead, they walked past her, went into a room and started kissing each other.
