History[edit]

Lisa was introduced to him by Faith Crowley. He won both the Westinghouse Talent Search and the NFL Punt, Pass & Kick competition. Lisa gave a negative speech that attacked corruption and ultimately exposed the backhanded dealings of Bob Arnold, leading to his arrest.

Truong won the Reading Digest essay competition and was presented with a giant check for $10,000. He graciously praised all children who participated and said that while Lisa's speech was negative, it deserved special recognition for exposing political machines.
