Herman Millwood is the owner of the company that makes the Aerochair.

Childhood[edit]
As a child, he built chairs to sit on himself but his father told him not to as they sit on the floor.
Present day[edit]
He came to the Simpsons house to tell Bart that he had taken the rights to Angry Dad from BetterThanTV.com after they couldn't pay for all the Aerochairs they bought. He offers to make Angry Dad into a movie. He also repossessed the online cartoons Space Penis, Geena Davis Internet Project 1999, John Stankworth, Fart Detective and The Adventures of Parody Man. He says the movie was to be made as Hollywood was all out of good ideas.
He helps make the movie with Bart in Nickel 'N' Dime Animation Studios.
