Vesper is a federal agent.
History[edit]
When Lisa pointed out to Chief Wiggum that he wasn't a judge and the law making it illegal to not have any money hadn't passed yet, Wiggum made a call to Vesper on a secret microphone asking her to put Lisa on the no-fly list. Vesper said that she would, but then said that she supposed that Lisa was very young and beautiful. Wiggum then told her to keep her chin up.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
Vesper is likely a reference to the James Bond character Vesper Lynd from Casino Royale.
