At the Nuclear Power Plant, when Homer tried to sneak a Crystal Buzz Cola out of a vending machine, a can of Fresca was seen in the grasp of a skeletal hand stuck inside.[1]

During his conversation with Selma about their marriage, Troy compares his feelings for her to his feelings for Fresca, explaining that he loves her in the same way he loves the soft drink.[2]
