After Officer Marge Simpson responded to a dispute at the Skinner residence, Seymour Skinner insisted that his face be blurred if any footage of the incident was shown publicly. Later, back at the police station, Chief Wiggum and several officers reviewed the recording of the call. While watching the footage, Wiggum mistakenly believed the blurred image of Skinner was the television police character T.J. Hooker, prompting amusement among the officers.[3]
