Mr. Mum is a premium questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Treehouse of Horror XXIX content update. It requires Mummy Wiggum to be obtained.

Mummy Wiggum - Sad That's bad all right. What's the worse news?
Lou You lost your weapon, and you're going to have to fill out a LOT of forms.
Mummy Wiggum - Annoyed Aw, now I'm mad. And when I get mad, I get hungry.
Task: "Make Mummy Wiggum Sneak in a Snack". The job takes 4 hours.
Mummy Wiggum - Happy Boy, I see why the ancient Egyptians worshipped scarab beetles. They're delicious!
