Rich Moore is an American director.

Rich Moore was one of the people who brought letters to Santa Claus into the Court House.[1]
He was seen at the inauguration of the Springfield Monorail, and later, he was one of the people who fell off the Escalator to Nowhere.[2]

He was an animator for The Itchy & Scratchy Show. To make Itchy and Scratchy as authentic as possible, he studied real cats and mice.[3]
