While at the Springfield Post Office, Charles Montgomery Burns attempted to mail a letter to the Prussian consulate in Siam by aeromail and asked whether he was too late for the "4:30 autogyro." A postal clerk remarked that the manual did not list Prussia, Siam, or autogyro, suggesting that Burns was using obsolete names and methods.[1]
