Delaware is one of the 50 states in the US. The capital is Dover and the most populous city is Wilmington.

Miss Delaware was a contestant in the Miss American Girl Pageant.[1]
A television broadcast from Public Beach in Delaware featured the Grand Nationals of Sand Castle Building, an event focused on large-scale sand castle construction. The broadcast described the beach as having its usual activities cleared away to allow preparations for the competition, highlighting the unusual setting of the event along Delaware's coastline.[2]
After getting run out of Florida, the Simpson family was trying to decide on where to go for their next vacation. They were looking at a map of the US that had most of states crossed out, which were apparently all the states that the Simpsons were no longer allowed to enter.[3]
