After Lenny wrote the initials "SB" in his blood to reveal who was stealing presents, Steve Ballmer was arrested for having the same initials. He told Chief Wiggum that he loved it, as it was a case of mistaken identity. He then said that he had managed to sell ten season tickets to the people in his cell and that everything they did was successful.
Later, Ballmer met Mr. Burns at the Springfield Airport. Burns asked him how he could be so positive about everything and whether he could teach him how to do it. Ballmer then gave Burns a pep talk.
