Cora served Grampa and Homer when they were on a road trip to find Mona Simpson. She flirted with Abe and wanted to go out with him. Abe said that since he was with Homer, they would skip the dates and go straight to the part where they broke up.[1]
Homer was served a tray of donuts by a waitress at a diner in Springfield that were paid for by his grateful neighbors after he ended the traffic jams on Evergreen Terrace.[2]
