Public Domain Debbie is the mother of Disco Stu.
History[edit]
When Lisa went to Disco Stu to try and get Jive Turkey for Homer, Public Domain Debbie told Disco Stu that he should give it to her because Disco Stu had wasted his life on America's worst music craze. Public Domain Debbie then said that she was glad that Disco Stu's father, Doo-Wop Steve, wasn't alive to see Disco Stu now.
