Grandma Van Houten is Milhouse's grandmother. She first appeared in Bart Sells His Soul, when Milhouse had to stay at her apartment while their house was sprayed for potato bugs. She was married to Grandpa Van Houten, but they got a divorce. She lives on 257th Street.
