Mypods and Boomsticks is an episode of the twentieth season that aired November 30, 2008
Overview
The episode starts in the Springfield Mall, and the Simpsons family is having their annual day of returning christmas presents, they dont like. Marge, Homer, Lisa and Maggie are apperently not statisfied with Bart's presents, 15 months cat calender's. Lisa spots a Mapple store and decides to buy something from in there, but Lisa cant afford anything. She discovers Krusty complaining about his new Mypod, which he suddenly hands over to Lisa. After pranking the Mapple store, Bart befriends Bisher. Bart decides to have them for dinner, but Homer a la' Jack Bauer thinks Bisher's parents are plotting terrorist activities leading to the destruction of the Abandoned Springfield Mall. Homer than apologizes through another meal. Meanwhile, Lisa goes crazy over her new Mypod, until she learns she has a $1,200 bill from her downloaded songs as shown to her in her Mybill, another Apple parody.

The "Mypod", "Myphone", and other "My" tech is a parody of the "i" tech. "Mapple" is also a parody of "Apple", a tech company.
When Comic Book Guy throws the sledge hammer into the wall screen of Steve Mobs, it is a reference to the 1984 Macintosh super-bowl commercial.
