Greektown is a district of Springfield.
It is mentioned by Chief Wiggum, who asks a dispatcher to pick him up some gyros and put out an APB on a "Uosis R. Rewoh". Chief Wiggum was then shown to be only speaking into his wallet. While it appeared that Chief Wiggum was bumbling, it was later revealed that he was deliberately sabotaging the capture of Mona Simpson in order to pay her back for a debt long ago. Because of the obvious gaff by Chief Wiggum and the fact that Greektown has never been shown in a Simpsons episode, it could lend credibility to the theory that Greektown is nonexistant. If it does exist, it is probably populated by Greeks.
