Huffenpuffilus is Lenny Leonard's imaginary friend.
History
When Lenny came into Moe's Tavern, Stradivarius Cain hid from Huffenpuffilus. He then said hello to Cain and apologized for sleeping with his girlfriend. Cain then said that Huffenpuffilus did him a favor. At the end of the episode, Cain shot him, making Huffenpuffilus question said favor.
Behind the Laughter
Huffenpuffilus is a parody of Mr. Snuffleupagus, a Sesame Street character.
