Colin was Lisa's boyfriend in The Simpsons Movie. In the movie he reveals that he and his family just moved to Springfield from Ireland and his father is a musician. However, his family are never seen.
He has not appeared as a continuing character yet, although he appeared in a special opening sequence in an episode in Season 19.
Colin and Lisa first met coincidentally whilst trying to inform Springfieldians, in a door-to-door manner, of the pollution in Lake Springfield.
