Dr. Lori Spivak is a nuclear engineer who works at the Kevät Kenttä Nuclear Power Plant.

When Homer was offered the opportunity to apply for a job at the Kevät Kenttä Nuclear Power Plant, he joined a Zoom call with Onni Korhonen and Dr. Spivak, not realizing that Dr. Spivak was conducting her interview at the time. Onni Korhonen told Dr. Spivak to get off the call while he quickly interviewed Homer, not expecting the interview to last too long. However, Homer received help from Professor Frink and performed exceptionally well in the interview, getting the job over Dr. Spivak. This greatly angered Dr. Spivak, as she felt that she was the more qualified candidate.

Dr. Spivak was also hired by the Kevät Kenttä Nuclear Power Plant, but as Homer's assistant. Dr. Spivak became very suspicious of Homer and accused him of using a chatbot to get answers to everything. When she realized that this wasn’t the case, she called in Lenny and Carl to discuss Homer's performance at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. She learned from them that Homer was terrible at his job, so she went snooping in Homer's office and found the earpiece he had been using to communicate with Professor Frink. Dr. Spivak confronted Frink over the earpiece, and he decided to stop helping Homer because he had crossed the line...

"Bart's Birthday" is the first episode of season 36 of The Simpsons and the seven-hundred and sixty-ninth episode overall. It originally aired on September 29, 2024. The episode was written by Jessica Conrad and directed by Rob Oliver. It guest stars John Cena as himself, Danny DeVito as Herb Powell, Tom Hanks as himself, Joel McHale as himself, Conan O'Brien as himself, Mark Proksch as Hack-GPT, Seth Rogen as himself, and Amy Sedaris as Maggie Simpson.

Kevät Kenttä Nuclear Power Plant is a nuclear power plant in Shelbyville.

Homer was offered the chance to apply for a job at the Kevät Kenttä Nuclear Power Plant, which he did via a Zoom video call. He entered the call with Onni Korhonen and another potential candidate, Dr. Spivak. Korhonen asked Dr. Spivak to leave the call while he quickly interviewed Homer, not expecting the interview to last very long. However, after a lengthy interview, Homer was offered the job, thanks to Professor Frink coaching him through it.

On Homer's first day, Onni Korhonen showed Homer around the power plant and revealed that Dr. Spivak had been hired as his assistant. Dr. Spivak spent time trying to figure out how Homer had gotten the job over her, as she didn't think he was qualified enough for it. Eventually, she discovered that Homer had been using an earpiece to communicate with Professor Frink...
