History

She attended the wedding of Rainier Wolfcastle and Maria Shriver-Kennedy Quimby.^[1]

When Bart Simpson cuts class, he sneaks into Freddy Quimby's 18th birthday party at the Quimby Compound. Mayor Quimby introduces Bart to her, although she is called Daisy.^[2]

Behind the Laughter

As the Quimby family is a parody of the Kennedy family, an American political dynasty, Rose Quimby parodies the Kennedy family matriarch Rose Kennedy.
