Rubella Scabies Spuckler (also known as Condoleezza Marie)[citation needed] is one of Cletus Spuckler and Brandine Del Roy's children.
History
Her middle name is the result of Cletus asking Lisa to spell the word "Scabies" as part of Lisa's training for a spelling bee contest.[1]
When Homer decided to care for a bag of sugar, he unwrapped it from a sheet and instead, discovered Rubella.[2]
