Leo G. Clark is the creator and operator of Truckasaurus.
History
After Truckasaurus damaged the Pink Sedan Leo G. Clark told Marge that Truckasaurus feels very badly about what happened and Clark gave her a half-bottle of champagne for being such a good sport. Marge thanked him and she said at everyone is so nice here at the Monster Truck Rally.
