Scrat is a saber-toothed squirrel-rat.
History
Willie kicks him for taking his acorn only to get the tables turned on him as more of Scrat's kind attacks back.
Behind the Laughter
He features in Ice Age, Ice Age 2: The Meltdown, and Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs and has been repeatedly tortured after trying to capture and break a simple little acorn. Scrat's name is derived from squirrel and rat. They were put together to become Scrat.
