Baby Musthave is a rare collectable Happy Little Elf available through the Texxon promotion.
History
Maggie saw the promotion on The Krusty the Klown Show and wanted one. Homer told her that he would get one. They drove to the nearest Texxon gas station and brought a lot of gas in order to get the elf. Unfortunately, he never got it and Maggie was sad. Later, Homer robbed the gas station of all the elves and gave Baby Musthave to Maggie.[1]
