Rod Runtledge is the kid behind the mask of Fallout Boy
History
Runtledge lived next door to Gloria Grand with his aunt June. His parents and his twin brother Dodd died in a plane crash over the remote South American jungle. After Rod became Fallout Boy, June had another one of her brain fevers and had to go to a nursing home. Rod moved into the home of Claude Kane III. Later he met his brother, who was not dead as they had believed.
