Mayor Quimby's niece is the niece of Joe Quimby, from out of town.
History
Mayor Quimby takes her to the Simpson - Cooties wedding as his date. He told her to say that she was his niece from out of town. She says that she is his niece though, and calls him Uncle Joe. Mayor Quimby then said that he was an abomination.
