Roofi is a singer and songwriter who creates music that appeals to very young children, including Maggie. Some of his songs are "I Like Ice Cream," "One, Two, Tie Your Shoe," "Helpful Bear on the 28th Floor," "Tickets, Tickets," and a "Nonsense Song." Marge takes Maggie to see Roofi in concert, where they learn that the concert was vastly oversold. Unsupervised babies are everywhere, and when it starts raining, a Woodstock-like disaster is the result.
