Rod Runtledge is the kid behind the mask of Fallout Boy.
History
Runtledge lives next door to Gloria Grand with his auntm June. His parents and his twin brother died ater a plane crash in a remote south American jungle. After Rod becomes Fallout Boy, had June another of her brain fevers and had to go to a nursing home. Rod moved then home to Claude Kane III.
